It's July--the middle of the summer and a time when I start abandoning my normal makeup routines. But July is a great time to start thinking about getting ready for the fall--to start taking stock of what you have in your beauty bags, to clean out old stuff and replace it with new, to start focusing on basics like skin care, and to learn more about makeup technique.
